Bilingual (Spanish/English) Patient Reactivation & Retention VA

We serve a chiropractic office looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) VA who is more sales and retention focused than purely administrative. The core of this job is bringing inactive patients back to the practice and keeping the schedule full, so I need someone comfortable on the phone, warm, and persuasive. ⚠️ IMPORTANT — READ BEFORE APPLYING: Applications without a 2-minute Loom video will be ignored. What you’ll do • Reactivate inactive and lapsed patients by phone, text, and email • Follow up consistently with past patients to fill the schedule • Send weekly or monthly patient emails • Make basic social media posts and respond to incoming messages and DMs • Handle general admin tasks as needed What I’m looking for • Native or fully fluent Spanish, plus strong professional English • Real experience in phone sales, appointment setting, patient or customer follow-up, or reactivation • Confident, friendly phone presence — you’re not afraid to make outbound calls • Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable being measured on results (booked and reactivated patients) • Bonus: experience with healthcare, medical, or chiropractic practices, CRMs, or scheduling software Logistics • Part-time to start, with a clear path to full-time if you’re driving real revenue • Pay is flexible based on experience and results — strong closers can earn more, and I’m open to a performance incentive on top of base • I want someone dependable who’s looking for a long-term role with my practice, not a quick gig To apply Send a 2-minute Loom walking me through your relevant past experience.
