We specialize in dependable, professional, and timely delivery services for businesses and individuals throughout the United States. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and bilingual Virtual Assistant who can assist with daily administrative operations, customer service, applicant onboarding, and dispatch support. Position Responsibilities Customer Service Answer inbound phone calls professionally Respond to emails and text messages Provide information about company services Assist customers with service inquiries Applicant Support Send driver applications and onboarding packets Collect completed forms and required documents Verify applicant information Maintain applicant records Administrative Duties Data entry and database management Schedule appointments and follow-ups Organize electronic files and records Maintain accurate documentation Recruiting Support Assist with recruiting independent contractor drivers Follow up with applicants Schedule interviews Track hiring progress Dispatch & Operations Support Assist management with route updates Communicate with drivers Monitor service requests Report issues to management Requirements Required Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) Excellent communication skills Strong customer service experience Reliable internet connection Quiet professional workspace Proficient with: Microsoft Office Google Workspace Email management Data entry systems Preferred Qualifications Experience in courier, transportation, logistics, or dispatching Previous virtual assistant experience Recruiting or onboarding experience CRM experience Skills We Are Looking For Professional phone etiquette Strong attention to detail Excellent organizational skills Problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently Reliable and dependable Positive attitude and willingness to learn Performance Expectations Respond promptly to calls and emails Maintain accurate records Follow company procedures Protect confidential company information Provide excellent customer service Support company growth and operational efficiency How to Apply Please submit: Resume Cover Letter Language Proficiency (English/Spanish) Internet Speed Test Screenshot Available Work Schedule Relevant Experience This position is classified as an Independent Contractor (1099) role and is not an employee position.
