Bilingual Virtual Assistant (Spanish & English)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who is fluent in both Spanish and English. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Google Sheets and all Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) assist with administrative tasks, customer support, and daily pipeline management in a bilingual environment. Your ability to communicate effectively in both languages is essential for this role. Must be available on Los Angeles, CA time 9am PST-8pmPST (PST-Pacific Standard Time) and have the ability to make calls and text into the USA. If you are organized, reliable, and possess excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you! You will have a 3-month trial probation period and if it all works out, you will be able to complete an executive assistant class to become a permanent assistant with us at our company.
