AthenaHealth EHR and insurance portal experience is required. - Advanced Billing includes claims follow up, crossover, denial resolution and payment confirmation. - Running reports and catching improper system adjustment and working on it in being timely and consistent. Mandatory skills: - Able to work during business Hours between 9 am and 4 pm Pacific Standard Time for clarification with clients/ teams/ insurance as needed to meet required timely claim resolution timeline. - Work as a billing assistant for claim follow up and resolution in timely, proffesional and efficient way in reasonable time. to eliminate all of the following: denials, zero pay adjustment, take back or recoupment. Following comliance. Also keeping in mind Clients satisfaction and convenience without causing loss of revenue. - Able to read, write, speak and comprehend English fluently. - Follow work flow including documenting claim notes for correction, submissions updating or adjusting. - Comfortable with using all supplied EHR claim related workflow and insurance portals including government and state health plans. - Communicate with others in a respectful and professional manner including clients, representatives and colleagues and able to be a great representation of the company while working with insurances and clients - Report problems in timely manner to improve work flow and efficiency and decrease loss. - Must have: Internet speed capable of VOIP. Full access to a computer able to run google docs and Microsoft related applications and be able to maintain secuity of sensitive information
