- AthenaHealth EHR and insurance portal experience is required. Claim creation and hold release to get claims out to insurance in reasonable time before timely filling. Making sure it submitted in a way to result in righteous payment to eliminate denials, adjustment, take back or recoupment. Report problems in timely manner to improve work flow and efficiency and decrease loss. Mandatory skills: - Business Hours between 9 am and 4 pm Pacific Standard Time - Able to read, write and speak in English fluently. - comfortable with using all insurance portals including government and state health plans. - Communicate with others in a respectful and professional manner with clients, representatives and colleagues. - Able to be a great representation of the company while working with insurance, patients - Must have: Internet speed capable of VOIP. Full access to a computer able to run google docs and Microsoft related application
