Bioinformatician, Molecular Biologist, Academician and Biomedical Researcher

Biomedical Researcher (Python / ML / Bioinformatics): I am looking for a Biomedical Researcher with knowledge in machine learning, bioinformatics, and biological data analysis. The project involves working with complex biological datasets, especially protein sequences, protein interactions, and related biomedical data. Responsibilities: Preprocess and analyze biological datasets using Python and R Work with protein sequence and interaction data Use libraries such as: Pandas NumPy Biopython Standard Python tools Support in silico drug discovery and biomedical research projects Develop and test machine learning models for biological data analysis Clean, organize, and visualize datasets Requirements: Experience with Python for data analysis and machine learning Basic understanding of bioinformatics or computational biology Familiarity with protein sequence analysis and biological datasets Experience with Pandas, NumPy, and Biopython Knowledge of ML models and data preprocessing Experience with R is a plus Additional Information: Dataset and research direction will be provided This is a research-focused project related to biomedical and in silico drug development studies Please share: Relevant experience: Previous projects or GitHub (if available) Tools and ML methods you have used
