Black Car Dispatcher – Ride Booking & Coordination (Remote)

We’re hiring a dispatcher to manage bookings and coordinate rides for our private black car transportation service. This is a customer-facing, detail-oriented role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Book and coordinate private rides for clients from start to finish • Communicate professionally with clients and drivers via phone, text, and email • Provide accurate, timely price quotes based on trip details • Track ride status and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or delays • Learn and operate our CRM/dispatch software to manage bookings • Maintain clear records of trips, client requests, and driver assignments Excellent spoken and written English • Strong customer service skills — calm, professional, and solutions-oriented under pressure • Comfortable learning new software/CRM systems quickly • Prior dispatch, call center, ride-share, or hospitality experience preferred • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment • Must be available for one of the following shifts: • Shift A: Monday–Thursday • Shift B: Wednesday–Sunday What We’re Looking For: Someone dependable who takes ownership of the client experience — from the first quote to the final drop-off confirmation. Attention to detail matters: an inaccurate quote or missed booking directly affects our clients’ experience.
