$30/hr + Bonuses Real Estate Cold Caller, Appointment Setter & Lead Nuturer Needed

The Opportunity: As an ISA on our Real Estate team, you’ll be at the frontline of our real estate business, connecting with potential buyers and sellers, qualifying their needs, and setting appointments for our closing agents. What You’ll Do:  Conduct 50-100 outbound prospecting calls daily (Mondays and Tuesdays, Team Meeting 4pm-4:30pm and Prospect Calling 4:30pm-6pm) to leads  Utilize consultative sales approach to understand client needs  Qualify prospects using our Active Buyer/Seller criteria  Schedule and confirm appointments for our sales team  Manage prospect relationships through our CRM plan and Power Dialer  Contribute to team success through collaboration and shared learning What We Provide:  Complete training program with scripts and systems  Coaching and support during Zoom  Leads and proven call lists (via Kixie.com)  CRM system integrated with Kixie Compensation Structure:  $15/hr during first 90-day probationary period  $30/hr after probationary period  $30 bonus for ZOOM appointments set for our Realtors with prospects; (a) Actively looking to Buy or Sell real estate within 6 months of the ZOOM appointment (b) That does NOT reschedule or Cancel ZOOM appointment (probationary period is included)  $100 bonus once a real estate transaction is closed with prospect (Monitored through CRM) (probationary period is included) This Position Is Perfect for You If: ✅ You're resilient and rejection doesn't break you ✅ You're coachable and love learning new skills ✅ You're self-motivated and disciplined ✅ You're competitive and hate income limitations ✅ You have excellent English communication skills ✅ You want performance-based bonus compensation This Position Is NOT For You If: ❌ You only depend on hourly wage ❌ You're not comfortable with phone sales ❌ You're not self-motivated ❌ You're not open to coaching, monitoring and feedback ❌ You're looking for "easy" work Next Steps: If this sounds like you To apply: 1.
