Book clean up + Tax Filing for 5 years

Summary

Helo I have a clothing line in LA; we do sales via our website which is run by shopify and also do rentals / custom work out of our showroom. I have had some tragic life events over the last few years which held me back from staying on top of things. I am looking to get my books in order for 2021 - 2025, as well as prepare everything required to file taxes. I can be hands on as long as I am directed with what tasks can be done on my end to make things easier. I understand this will be a process, but I would like someone who can be transparent about what is realistic, yet efficient with their plan. I don't want to get into any trouble with the IRS for being so far behind. Please assist.
