Bookeeping and Accouting

Looking for an accountant to manage 2 active and 2 inactive (or low activity) company (IT services) accounts in Desktop Quickbooks. One new company needs to be integrated, and existing intercompany transactions need cleanup. Work with and assist Financial Controller to perform reconciliations, end of month accounting, intercompany transactions and financial statements, work with Tax advisors to provide information required by them. Complement Financial Controller with invoice or payment processing, small inventory processing and transaction adjustments. Work with Management and Tax advisors to streamline financial reporting and tax preparation. Need to determine hours required to perform duties. Looking for good communicator and a team player.
