Bookkeeper Needed for QuickBooks Online, Bank Reconciliation & Monthly Financial Reports

We're looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to help us organize and maintain our accounting records. This is a small project to review our books, reconcile accounts, and ensure our financial reports are accurate. If you're detail-oriented, experienced with QuickBooks Online or Xero, and comfortable handling day-to-day bookkeeping, we'd like to hear from you. This project is intended as an initial engagement. If everything goes well, we'd be happy to continue working together on a monthly basis. Scope of Work Your responsibilities may include: Maintain accurate bookkeeping records Review and organize transactions in QuickBooks Online Perform Bank Reconciliation and Account Reconciliation Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Assist with Payroll Accounting records Prepare monthly Financial Reports Generate Balance Sheet and Income Statement Ensure financial data is accurate and properly categorized Work with Microsoft Excel when needed Recommend improvements to the existing bookkeeping process Requirements We're looking for someone who has experience with: Bookkeeping QuickBooks Online / Intuit QuickBooks Xero Accounting Software Financial Accounting Financial Reporting Payroll Accounting Bank & Account Reconciliation Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Microsoft Excel To Apply Please include: A short introduction about your bookkeeping experience Which accounting software do you use most frequently?
