US Bookkeeper (Permanent WFH)

We are expanding our team and are seeking experienced, long-term independent contractors who want stability, growth, and meaningful client work. This is not a data-entry position. This role requires analytical thinking, communication, decision-making, and direct interaction with assigned clients. Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced bookkeeping professional who; Wants a long-term role, not short-term contract work Is confident in making accounting decisions Enjoys analytical problem-solving Is comfortable communicating directly with clients Can build strong, professional working relationships Is reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Experience with property management accounting is a plus. Experience with AppFolio or Buildium is helpful but not required. Work Schedule & Availability: A full-time contractor working 40 hours per week. Availability required during U.S. business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM US time) This is a long-term independent contractor position Minimum Requirements: Graduate of Accountancy, Business Administration (Management Accounting), Accounting Technology, or related courses 2 years of recent bookkeeping or accounting experience (CPA not required) Strong spoken and written English Comfortable with technology, software installations, and cloud-based tools Fast, reliable Windows computer Stable, high-speed internet connection Quiet, professional home work environment Compensation & Incentives: This role is classified as an independent contractor position and follows a “no work, no pay” structure. The initial hourly rate is $5.00 USD Payments are processed on a biweekly schedule Scheduling is subject to operational requirements and client volume Assignments may scale over time toward a full-time capacity of 40 hours per week, though specific hours are not guaranteed Annual performance-based incentives Annual team-building trips Year-end bonus Onboarding Period (First 3 Months): The initial three months serve as an onboarding and ramp-up phase to help you integrate into our client systems.
