**Title:** Diligent Bookkeeper & Personal Finance / Real Estate Manager --- I'm looking for an exceptionally organized, detail-obsessed professional to manage bookkeeping and personal finance operations across multiple entities and properties. This is a high-trust role for someone who takes genuine ownership and rarely needs to be told twice. **What you'll handle:** - **Bookkeeping:** Categorizing transactions, reconciling accounts, maintaining clean books across multiple entities, and producing monthly reports. - **Personal finance management:** Tracking cash flow, budgets, and spending; flagging anomalies; keeping a clear financial picture at all times. - **Real estate management:** Coordinating property-related expenses, payments, vendors, and documentation across properties. - **Mail flow:** Managing incoming physical and digital mail, sorting by priority, and surfacing what needs attention. - **Bill pay:** Ensuring all bills are paid accurately and on time, with zero missed due dates. - **Bill negotiations:** Proactively negotiating rates on recurring bills (utilities, insurance, subscriptions, services) to reduce costs. - **General organization:** Maintaining meticulous records, filing systems, and documentation so nothing ever slips through the cracks. **You're a fit if you:** - Are relentlessly organized and detail-oriented, catching things others miss. - Have solid bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks or similar) and understand personal and entity finances. - Have real estate finance or property management exposure. - Are confident negotiating with vendors and service providers. - Communicate proactively, meet deadlines without reminders, and treat confidential information with discretion. - Take full ownership of your work. **Nice to have:** - Experience supporting entrepreneurs or multi-entity/multi-property setups. - Familiarity with tools like QuickBooks, Google Workspace, and bill-pay platforms. **To apply:** Briefly describe your relevant experience, the tools you use, and one example of a time your diligence caught a costly error or saved money.
