Bookkeeper - QuickBooks + 2025 catch-up (individuals only)

I run a small by-referral luxury travel agency (US business, USD only). I need one excellent bookkeeper — an individual, not an agency or firm. If you're a team, please don't apply. The work: - Catch up all of 2025 in QuickBooks (first project — fixed fee, quoted after you've seen the file) - Then ongoing monthly: transaction categorization, bank/credit card reconciliation, monthly close and P&L - Invoicing and AR — sending invoices, tracking client payments Who I'm looking for: someone tech-forward. If you use AI and automation to work faster and keep your rates down, tell me exactly how. Travel or hospitality industry experience (supplier commissions, host agency payments) is a big plus — mention it up front if you have it. You don't need 20 years of experience; you need to be sharp, accurate, and responsive. Great fit for someone building their practice. What I care about: accuracy, responsiveness, trustworthiness. You'll get read-only bank access and accountant access in QBO. I'll want to speak to two references. Budget: fixed monthly fee in the low hundreds for ongoing work, separate fixed quote for the 2025 catch-up. In your application, answer: 1. Are you an individual practitioner? 2.
