Bookkeeper (QuickBooks) – Ongoing Support for Wellness Tech Startup

We're a startup wellness tech company offering both physical products and SaaS. We're looking for a proactive, self-directed bookkeeper to keep our finances running smoothly and give us clear visibility into our numbers. This starts at roughly 2–4 hours per week with strong potential to grow into a part-time or full-time role as we scale. Responsibilities Handle ongoing billing for our recovery spaces Lead the initial conversion from FreshBooks to QuickBooks Reconcile bank accounts and general accounts on an ongoing basis Pay vendor invoices and manage bill payments Create budget projections and maintain P&L visibility Manage scheduling and invoicing for our leasing program Handle payouts for affiliates and commissions What We're Looking For Strong QuickBooks experience (required) Excellent written and spoken English A self-starter who takes initiative, figures things out independently, and communicates proactively — not someone who waits for instructions Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning the financial operations of a growing business To Apply Tell us about your background, your relevant abilities, and your availability.
