Bookkeeper for Construction Company

I’m reaching out because we’re looking for a reliable bookkeeper to handle the monthly bookkeeping for our design-build/construction business. We currently use QuickBooks Online for accounting, Gusto for payroll, and Sage (Fyle) for managing and coding credit card expenses. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working within this existing setup. The scope we’re looking for is similar to a basic monthly bookkeeping package: - Monthly account reconciliations - Monthly Profit & Loss statement - Monthly Balance Sheet - Maintain clean and accurate books in QuickBooks Online - Review and properly categorize transactions (credit card transactions are already categorized properly using Sage) - Identify and flag anything unusual or that requires our input We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, responsive, and proactive about keeping the books clean and current each month. We don’t want someone who simply categorizes transactions—we’d like our bookkeeper to bring questions or potential issues to our attention when they see them.
