I need a bookkeeper to help with my manufactured home dealer and land investor real estate business. The work includes reconciling about 4 months of past financial records, projecting cash flow, and reviewing the overall financial health of the business. I also need help tracking 1099 contractors and maintaining accurate financial records. This is a part-time role for someone who can organize financial data, support ongoing bookkeeping, and help keep the business financially on track.
