Bookkeeper for accountancy practice

Bookkeeper We're looking for an experienced, detail-oriented bookkeeper to join our team. You'll be a key point of contact for our clients and play a central role in keeping their financial operations running smoothly. What you'll be doing: Managing a shared inbox and responding to client queries promptly and professionally Processing bank reconciliations across multiple client accounts Running payroll for clients on a regular cycle Handling day-to-day bookkeeping queries and troubleshooting Keeping on top of recurring deadlines (VAT, payroll, month-end, etc.) without needing reminders What we're looking for: Solid bookkeeping/payroll experience (please specify years and context) Comfortable working across multiple client accounts at once Confident, clear communicator, you'll be dealing directly with clients Organised and deadline-driven; nothing falls through the cracks on your watch Experience with Xero is essential Familiarity with Hubdoc, Briefcase, Asana, and Gmail is a strong advantage Why join us: Remote role with flexibility Varied client base, no two days the same Room to grow as we expand
