Bookkeeper pest control company USA taxes

I need a book keeper to help me prepare my taxes. My 2025 taxes i filed an extension on. i have not filed taxes since 2020 because i just started making a lot of money. I will be hiring my first employee soon as i have grown from 200 clients to 500 clients since the start of 2026. I am doing advertising and plan on outspending all my competitors as i want the biggest pest control company in Oregon. I am looking for a book keeper that knows USA tax laws and will help me get the biggest deductions. I need everything put together so I can give to a cpa to file. This role will be on going as taxes never end. I am happy to pay performance bonuses as I am ethical and care.
