Summary

Bookkeeper Needed – QuickBooks (AP/AR & Reconciliations) We're looking for a detail-oriented bookkeeper to support our growing construction business on an ongoing basis. Responsibilities include: Entering vendor invoices into QuickBooks (data entry) Managing accounts payable — tracking due dates, processing payments Managing accounts receivable — invoicing, tracking payments, following up on outstanding balances Monthly bank reconciliations Monthly credit card reconciliations Flagging discrepancies and keeping records clean and audit-ready Requirements: Proven experience with QuickBooks (Online preferred) Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers Reliable, organized, and able to meet recurring deadlines Construction/contracting industry experience a plus but not required
