**Bookkeeping Accountant – Qualified in US Tax & Bookkeeping** We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Accountant with strong experience in US tax bookkeeping and full-charge accounting. The ideal candidate is proficient in QuickBooks and experienced in maintaining accurate financial records, reconciliations, payroll, and tax-ready bookkeeping The candidate should have a strong understanding of US accounting standards, bookkeeping workflows, and financial reporting practices to support efficient business operations and compliance. ### Key Responsibilities *collect and arrange documents * Maintain accurate financial records and general ledgers * Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and financial statements * Clean up and organize QuickBooks accounts * Prepare financial reports ready for tax filing * Perform data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail * Ensure compliance with GAAP and US bookkeeping standards ### Qualifications * Proven experience in US tax bookkeeping and accounting * Strong expertise in QuickBooks Online/Desktop * Experience with bookkeeping cleanup and reconciliations * Familiarity with Xero, FreshBooks, or other accounting software * Knowledge of payroll accounting and financial reporting * Strong organizational and communication skills * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines * Experience working with US-based clients preferred ### Preferred Skills * Full-charge bookkeeping experience * Knowledge of GAAP standards * Experience supporting small to mid-sized businesses * Accounting or bookkeeping certification is a plus
