Bookkeeping Services for Reconciliation

Seeking a skilled bookkeeper to perform reconciliation, clean up duplicate transactions, and balance my P&L. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy and organization in financial records. Responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, identifying discrepancies, and providing detailed reports. Experience with Quickbooks online and square financial software is essential. Further info: need an experienced QuickBooks Online cleanup specialist. My QuickBooks file contains duplicated journal entries that have affected my books from January through the current month. This was caused upon an app integration which has duplicated my Accounts Recievable and was recently discovered. I need someone to: • Identify the source of duplicate journal entries • Remove or reverse duplicates without affecting legitimate entries • Reconcile all bank accounts • Review the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss for accuracy • Document every adjustment made
