Bookkeeping for Real Estate Company

We are seeking an experienced remote bookkeeper for a small U.S.-based real estate business, with potential to grow into broader support for our real estate investment company. Current scope is part-time and simple: approximately 30–40 transactions per month, one bank account, and one credit card. Responsibilities include QuickBooks Online transaction categorization, account reconciliations, monthly reports, identifying unclear transactions, and keeping the books clean and CPA-ready. The ideal candidate has experience with real estate, Realtor, or real estate investment bookkeeping. Strong QuickBooks Online skills are required. Tax preparation support, 1099 experience, year-end cleanup, and multi-entity bookkeeping experience are strongly preferred. We are looking for someone accurate, detail-oriented, communicative, and proactive. This is a long-term role with opportunity to expand into additional real estate entities, investment company bookkeeping, owner draws, intercompany transfers, contractor/vendor tracking, and tax-preparation support.
