I’m writing nonfiction leadership books drawn from 30 years of leadership coaching plus research. I need ongoing support across - 1. Fact-checking — Verify every research claim, statistic, and citation against real sources. Several numbers in the current draft are misattributed or unsourced and need correcting before publication. 2. Editing — Developmental edit and line edit (consistent voice, cut repetition). 3. Ghostwriting — some of the book are significantly underdeveloped compared to the others and need substantial new material written in my voice, following the style/structure already established in the finished chapters. I’ll provide a detailed style template, my source stories/material, and direction — you’d be building the material out, not starting from a blank page. Context on process: I’m drafting chapters with AI assistance (Claude) and then personally revising them — being upfront about this since you’ll see it in the source material. This is an ongoing, rolling project (chapters arrive in batches, not one final handoff), so I need someone comfortable working iteratively rather than waiting for a complete manuscript. Ideal Candidate • Nonfiction book experience — leadership/business/personal development genre strongly preferred. • Ghostwriting samples that show you can match an established voice, not just write in your own. • Comfortable fact-checking against primary sources, not just Googling and trusting the first result. • Bonus: familiarity with KDP self-publishing or traditional submission standards. Deliverables • Fact-check log (claim → source → verified/flagged/corrected) • Edited manuscript with tracked changes • Ghostwritten sections matching established style • Style sheet for ongoing consistency To Apply, Include 1.
