Brand & Growth Lead, Part-time to Full-time | Remote 3000 p/month Join a private, invitation-only investment consortium connecting 100 ultra-high-net-worth women across the GCC, Asia, Europe and the United States. We bring together influential capital allocators, founders and royal family members participating in private markets, venture capital, private equity and impact-aligned investments. We are building something that has never existed before - and we need the right person to help the world know about it. THE ROLE: We are looking for a Brand & Growth Lead to own the community’s external presence and drive awareness, media coverage and business development across our key markets. This role starts part-time with the intention to grow into a full-time position as the company scales. You will work directly with the founder and be a key voice in shaping how the company shows up in the world. WHAT YOU WILL DO: 1. Brand & Communications Define and maintain the company’s brand voice, visual identity and messaging across all channels Ensure consistency and quality across all external communications 2. Social Media Own their LinkedIn and Instagram presence - content calendar, copywriting, posting and engagement Grow our following among relevant audiences - family office ecosystem, women investors, luxury and impact communities 3. Media & PR Build relationships with relevant platforms, editors and media platforms Pitch and place stories, interviews and features about the company and its community Support press releases, event announcements and sponsorship communications Pitch the founder to highly relevant podcasts 4. Business Development Identify and pursue partnership and sponsorship opportunities aligned with company’s positioning Support outreach to potential members, speakers and event partners Represent Berthe companykana professionally in external communications and introductions WHO YOU ARE: You have experience in brand, communications, PR or business development - ideally in luxury, finance, or private membership communities You understand the world of high-net-worth individuals and know how to communicate with discretion and sophistication You are a strong writer with an eye for aesthetics and detail You are proactive, self-directed and comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team Experience in the GCC, London or Singapore markets is a strong plus Existing media relationships or a network in the family office/UHNWI space is a significant advantage WHAT WE OFFER: A front-row seat to one of the most exciting communities being built in private wealth today Direct access to and mentorship from the founder Flexible, remote working arrangement Path to full-time as the role grows Competitive compensation commensurate with experience ----- The company operates with the highest standards of discretion.
