The Company We are a UAE-based company launching a premium clinical skincare brand into Saudi Arabia and the UAE. This is a ground-zero launch, no existing digital footprint, no legacy to work around. The brand features proprietary dermal technology, a clinically backed brightening serum, and a structured usage protocol. Positioning is luxury-clinical, not mass market.The strategic foundation is built. We are looking for ano experienced marketing strategist who works at the intersection of brand strategy, content direction, and agency management. Someone who can take our existing strategic assets, translate them into production-ready briefs, manage the agency workflow, enforce brand and claims compliance, and ensure the gap between strategy and execution stays closed during a high-stakes launch window.This is not a content creation role. This is not a social media management role. This is a strategic controller and agency coordination role. Your Core Responsibilities Strategy-to-Execution Translation, Convert our existing brand book, GTM strategy, digital strategy, content calendars, and claims review manual into clear, structured briefs the agency can act on. Ensure they understand the brand voice, clinical positioning, claims boundaries, and quality bar before production begins. You are the key player between what we've built strategically and what gets produced. Content Strategy Oversight: Own the monthly content calendar process. Review and refine content themes, messaging pillars, and campaign arcs across channels. Ensure every piece connects back to the brand's clinical-luxury positioning and stays within the regulatory claims framework. You are the quality gate between strategic intent and published output. Agency Workflow Management: Manage the coordination with the execution agency: assign tasks, set deadlines, track deliverables, run weekly check-ins, flag delays, and keep the engagement within scope. You are the single point of contact between our team and the agency . Content & Creative Review: Review all content (static posts, carousels, Reels, stories, ad creative, copy in both Arabic and English) before it goes live. Check for brand consistency, claims compliance, bilingual quality, and visual standards. Approve or return with clear, specific, production-ready feedback. Paid Media Strategy Input: Collaborate with the agency's media buyer on audience targeting, campaign structure, budget allocation across Meta/Google/TikTok/Snapchat, and creative testing frameworks. You own the strategic direction and performance logic; the agency owns the in-platform execution. Launch Sequencing: Coordinate the sequencing between Shopify store launch, social account activation, content rollout, and paid media go-live. Ensure all digital assets, tracking infrastructure (pixels, GA4, GTM, Conversions API), and analytics are properly validated before traffic starts flowing. Performance Diagnosis: Define KPIs, review weekly and monthly reporting from the agency, identify underperformance early, and recommend strategic adjustments. You should be comfortable interpreting ROAS, CAC, CPC, CTR, engagement rate, conversion rate, and traffic data, and turning that data into clear strategic recommendations. What You Won't Be Doing You will not be creating content, designing graphics, managing ad platforms hands-on, or building the Shopify store. The agency handles all execution. Your job is to make sure the strategic inputs are clear, the quality standards are enforced, and the outputs connect to real business outcomes.
