Brand Naming, Brand Identity & Premium Packaging Design for Bath, Body & Hair Accessories Brand

We are launching a new premium bath, body, hair and personal-care accessories brand and are looking for an experienced Brand Identity & Packaging Designer to develop the brand from the ground up. Our current product range includes: * Natural loofah body scrubbers in different shapes and sizes * Exfoliating bath gloves * Shower/bath poufs * Body scrubbers * Hair brushes in different styles * Additional beauty, bath and personal-care accessories planned for the future We currently have a working brand concept and some packaging references, which will be shared with the selected freelancer. However, the existing brand name and identity are not final. We want the designer to develop a stronger, more distinctive brand with the potential to grow internationally. Scope of Work 1. Brand Naming We want you to develop a new brand name rather than use our current working name. Please propose approximately 10–15 strong name options. The final name should be: * Premium, modern and memorable * Easy to pronounce in both Arabic and English * Suitable for GCC and international markets * Not limited specifically to loofahs or bath products * Suitable for future expansion into beauty, body care, hair care, wellness and related categories * Distinctive enough to build a recognizable brand around * Suitable for logo development and packaging Please provide the reasoning behind your strongest naming recommendations and conduct a basic preliminary check for obvious competing brands, domains and social-media usage. Formal trademark/legal clearance is not required as part of this project. 2. Complete Brand Identity Once the name is selected, we need a cohesive premium visual identity, including: * Primary logo * Secondary/alternative logo * Brand mark/icon if appropriate * Color palette * Typography * Supporting graphic elements * Botanical/pattern elements if suitable * Icon style * Basic brand guidelines The identity should feel premium, clean, elegant, modern and distinctive. Our existing concept uses blush pink, deep navy and ivory with botanical elements. We like the premium direction, but you are not required to follow these colors or the existing design. We want the designer to propose what they believe will create the strongest brand. 3. Packaging Design System We need a consistent packaging system that works across our product range. The initial packaging should cover approximately 5 master packaging formats, including: * Long natural loofah/body exfoliator * Standard/oval natural loofah * Exfoliating bath glove * Shower/bath pouf * Hair brush The packaging system should be designed so it can easily be adapted to additional products and SKUs in the future. We are interested in solutions such as premium boxes, sleeves, paper bands, hang tags and product windows depending on what works best for each product. The packaging needs to work for both Arabic and English content. 4. Production-Ready Deliverables This is very important. We are not looking only for attractive 3D mockups. The final designs must be suitable for actual manufacturing. Final deliverables should include: * Editable Adobe Illustrator/source files * Vector logo files * Print-ready PDFs * CMYK artwork * Packaging dielines * Bleed and safe areas * Window/cutout specifications where applicable * Spot UV / foil / emboss/deboss layers if used * Font information * High-resolution packaging mockups * Organized production files ready to share with the packaging manufacturer * Basic brand guideline document Packaging should also consider manufacturing cost and practicality. We want a premium appearance without creating unnecessarily expensive packaging. What We Will Provide We will provide the selected freelancer with: * Photos of all current products * Current packaging samples * Existing logo/working identity * Packaging concepts and references we have already developed * Product dimensions where available * Feedback throughout the design process The existing designs should be treated as references and starting points, not final designs that must be copied. Who We Are Looking For We prefer someone with proven experience in: * Brand strategy and naming * Brand identity design * Packaging design * Beauty / skincare / bath / wellness / personal-care brands * Retail packaging * Adobe Illustrator * Packaging dielines and print production Experience with Arabic-English bilingual packaging is a strong advantage.
