Brand Operations Manager for Shopify

We're a growing multi-brand e-commerce business looking for a highly organized, self-sufficient operations manager to own the day-to-day. This role sits at the intersection of operations, customer service, and product management. If you're someone who notices when things are off before anyone asks, you'll thrive here. What you'll own: - Product uploads across multiple storefronts, making sure listings are accurate, consistent, and complete across every channel - Wholesale platform management, including Faire, from order processing to vendor coordination - New product approval workflow, reviewing incoming items and moving them through the intake process - Customer service, handling inquiries, late orders, shipping issues, and escalations with a calm, solution-first approach - Operations monitoring, catching late orders, tracking fulfillment gaps, and flagging issues before they become problems What we're looking for: Experience with Shopify and multi-channel e-commerce operations - Comfort with wholesale platforms (Faire experience is a plus) - Strong attention to detail, especially when managing product data across multiple storefronts - Someone who can hold down customer service without needing a script for every scenario - If you read through this job description please tell me the code: Horizon - Proactive.
