Build Airtable + QuickBooks + Twilio Dispatch Automation System (Bulk Materials / Trucking)

We operate a bulk materials/trucking company and are looking to build a lightweight dispatch and delivery management system using primarily no-code/low-code tools. We are intentionally trying to build this using low-code/no-code architecture rather than fully custom software. Preference will be given to candidates experienced in scalable automation systems using Airtable, Make.com, and API integrations. The goal is to automate dispatch scheduling by integrating: QuickBooks Online Airtable Twilio SMS Make.com (preferred) We want a system where our sales team can schedule deliveries via text message while automatically pulling invoice/job information from QuickBooks into a shared dispatch board. This is NOT a custom-coded SaaS project. We are specifically looking for an automation/integration expert experienced with operational workflows. Project Structure We want to build this in phases.
