Build an Automated B2B Lead Engine — Sourcing, Enrichment, Email Verification, CRM, and AI

We're a small B2B services company and our outbound is completely manual right now. One person spends most of a week building lists by hand, copying company names into a spreadsheet, hunting for the right contact on LinkedIn, then guessing at email addresses. Half of what we send bounces. We want that whole process to run without a person in it. We are based in Mexico city and its not easy to source leads here. What we need built: 1. Sourcing — pull target companies automatically based on criteria we define (industry, size, region). We're open on the method. We've seen people use Apollo, Apify, Google Maps scraping, or sitemap crawling. Tell us what you'd use and why, including what it costs to run per month. 2. Contact discovery — find the actual decision maker at each company, not a generic info@ inbox. 3. Email verification — this is the part that matters most to us. We've been burned by "verified" lists that still bounce at 20%+. We want to understand how you actually confirm an address is real before we send to it, not just which vendor you'd buy from. 4. CRM write-back — everything lands in one place we can work from. We use Google Sheets today and are open to moving to a real CRM if you think we should. 5. Personalized outreach drafts — first-touch copy generated per contact using something real about that company, not mail-merged first names. We'll review before anything sends. Important to us: - Everything gets built under our own accounts and API keys, not yours. We need to still own and run this if we stop working together. - We want documentation and a walkthrough so someone on our team can maintain it. - No black-box custom code that only you understand. In your proposal, please skip the generic intro. We'd rather see: - A short outline of how you'd actually build this, naming the specific tools - Something similar you've built before and roughly what it produced - What the monthly running cost would be, honestly estimated Budget is $1,500 fixed for the build. If it works we're interested in an ongoing arrangement to maintain and extend it.
