Build a Crutchfield Product Link / Scraper Tool for Excel Spreadsheet

I need a developer to build a simple tool that can take a spreadsheet of powersports/audio products and help match each item to its correct Crutchfield product page. I already have an Excel spreadsheet with product brands, model numbers, descriptions, and pricing. I need the tool to either: Generate accurate Crutchfield search links for each product, and/or Find the exact Crutchfield product page URL when possible. Eventually, I want this tool to feed into a scraper that can pull product details from Crutchfield pages and organize the data back into Excel. What the tool needs to do Accept an Excel file as input Read product rows from the spreadsheet Use brand, model number, and product description to search Crutchfield Return the best matching Crutchfield product URL Add the link back into the spreadsheet Include a confidence score or notes column Avoid fake/guessed links if there is not a strong match Export a clean Excel file with the new columns added Desired output columns Original product info Crutchfield search URL Best matching Crutchfield product URL Match confidence Notes / reason for match Future phase After this first matching tool works, I may want the same developer to build a scraper that can open the Crutchfield product page and pull: Product title Brand Model number Price Features Specs Images Fitment notes, if available Reviews / rating Requirements Must work with Excel files Must be usable by someone non-technical Prefer Python, Playwright, Selenium, or another reliable browser automation tool Must handle dynamically loaded web pages Must include basic error handling Must not create bad/fake product links Must provide source code and simple instructions Windows-friendly is preferred Important All products in my spreadsheet are supposed to be on Crutchfield. Accuracy matters more than speed. I would rather have a blank or “needs review” result than an incorrect link.
