Build a Custom CRM for a Wealth Management Firm (Airtable / No-Code / Full Stack)

We are Neortek, a French automation agency working with a wealth management firm (Cabinet de Gestion de Patrimoine) to build a fully custom CRM tailored to their industry. This is a serious, well-defined project with a clear scope. We're looking for an experienced developer who has already built CRM systems and understands complex data relationships. --- PROJECT OVERVIEW The CRM must include 5 core modules: 1. DASHBOARD / HOME - Overview: number of clients, contracts, AUM (assets under management), ongoing cases - Fund allocation breakdown - Annual commercial KPIs per advisor (revenue, meetings count, product family breakdown) 2. CLIENT AGENDA & FOLLOW-UP - Birthday tracking and client anniversary alerts - Full calendar integration (preferably Outlook sync) - Calls and meetings logging (date, time, advisor) - Shared across all team members 3. CLIENT MODULE (core of the CRM) Each client record must include: a) Identity - Civil status, contact details - Professional information - Patrimony overview b) Contracts - Detailed contract tracking - Categories: financial investments, insurance/mutual, retirement, savings - Direct links to insurance provider portals c) Agenda / Activity Log - Visit tracking synced with Outlook - Call summaries and notes - Email history linked to client d) Notes - Free-form notes per client record 4. QUERIES / CONTACT MANAGEMENT - Advanced filtering to segment client portfolios - Multi-equipment targeting (identify clients eligible for additional products) - Client typology extraction - Full client + prospect listing for: - Mass communication campaigns - Automatic reporting dispatch 5. COMPLIANCE MODULE (critical) - Automatic generation of compliance documents - Timeline and deadline tracking for regulatory requirements - Integration of full regulatory compliance workflow: DDA / MIF2 / LCBFT / CIF status obligations - Digital document signature integration (e-signature for compliance docs sent to clients) - RGPD compliance throughout 6. PRESCRIPTORS MODULE - Prescriptor database (name, contact, referrals) - Meeting and animation calendar - Linked referral dossiers tracking --- ADDITIONAL FEATURES REQUIRED CLIENT PORTAL - Secure client-facing access - 360° patrimony view for each client - Investment tracking dashboard INTEGRATIONS NEEDED - Outlook calendar sync (mandatory) - E-signature solution (DocuSign, Yousign or equivalent) - Possibly insurance provider portal links - Email integration for client activity tracking --- TECH STACK — OPEN TO PROPOSALS We are open to the best technical approach but our preferred stack is: - Airtable (database + automations) - Make / Integromat or Zapier (workflows) - Softr or Stacker (client portal) - Outlook integration via Make or native sync - DocuSign / Yousign for e-signature If you have a better architecture in mind to meet these requirements, we are open to discussion. --- WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU - Proven experience building CRM systems - Experience with wealth management, finance or regulated industries is a strong plus - Ability to propose a clear technical architecture before starting - Clean, documented delivery - Availability for regular check-ins (we are based in France, GMT+1/+2) - Fluent English required, French is a strong plus --- PROJECT DETAILS Type: Fixed price preferred, open to milestone-based Timeline: Looking to start within 2 weeks Scope: Full build — not a template adaptation NDA: Required before sharing full specifications --- TO APPLY, PLEASE INCLUDE: 1.
