I'm looking for an experienced Business Development Partner to join me in building a world-class Offshore Outsourcing & Managed Services Company serving clients across the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, the Middle East, and other international markets. This is not a freelance sales role, cold calling job, or commission-only position. This is a genuine opportunity for someone who already has experience in the outsourcing/BPO industry and wants to build a long-term business with an operational partner who can handle everything on the delivery side. What I Bring I will invest in and manage the complete operational side of the business, including: - Office infrastructure in India - Ability to scale to 100+ operational seats within 30 days - High-speed internet with redundancy - Power backup - HR & Recruitment - IT Infrastructure & Security - Operations Management - Workforce Planning - Recruitment and Training - Client Delivery - Team Management - Technology Stack - Operational Funding - Process Documentation - Business Scaling When a client signs a contract, my responsibility is to build the team, deploy the infrastructure, and ensure successful delivery. What I'm Looking For I'm looking for someone with at least 5 years of real-world experience in outsourcing, BPO, managed services, or business process services. You should already know how to: - Generate qualified opportunities - Build relationships with decision-makers - Conduct discovery calls - Understand outsourcing requirements - Negotiate contracts - Close deals - Manage executive-level client relationships - Handle escalations professionally when things don't go as planned - Help grow the business strategically I'm not looking for someone who requires training in IT sales or outsourcing. You should already understand the industry.
