Build Lead Generation Funnel & Google Ads Campaign for UK Financial Advice Firm

Description: We are a UK-based Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) firm looking to generate high-quality leads in specific postcodes. We are currently exploring lead generation companies, but instead of buying leads from them, we want to build our own lead generation funnel and Google Ads campaigns. We have example websites from lead generation companies that show the exact model they use. Your job will be to: Scope of Work 1. Landing Page Funnel • Design and build a simple, high-converting landing page based on example websites we provide. • Include headline, form, and trust elements (FCA-regulated details, branding, etc). • Build a thank-you page and set up a basic automated email confirmation. • Optimised for conversions across desktop and mobile. 2. Google Ads Setup • Set up Google Ads campaigns targeting specific UK postcodes. • Use keywords relevant to financial advice (pensions, retirement planning, inheritance tax, etc). • Implement conversion tracking to measure performance. What We Will Provide • Example websites currently used by lead generation companies. • Branding and FCA details. • Access to our Google Ads account (or support setting one up if required). Requirements • Proven experience building lead generation funnels. • Strong Google Ads background with past campaign results. • Knowledge of financial services lead generation preferred. • Understanding of UK FCA compliance is helpful but not essential
