Salesforce to Looker Studio Dashboard Specialist for Customer Success Reporting I’m looking for an experienced Looker Studio / BI dashboard specialist to build a Customer Success leadership dashboard. I’m a Director of Customer Success managing a team of 5 CSMs and around 100 customers. These customers are at different stages of their journey, with different contract values, renewal dates, risk levels, onboarding statuses, and CSM owners. The goal is to create a dashboard that gives me a clear view of customer health, onboarding progress, renewal risk, revenue exposure, and CSM portfolio performance. You do not need to be a Customer Success expert, but you do need to be comfortable translating business requirements into a clean dashboard structure, data model, calculated fields, and reporting views. **The dashboard should help me answer questions such as:** * Which customers are currently in onboarding? * Which customers are at risk? * What revenue is at risk? * Which CSM owns which customers? * How much customer value / ARR does each CSM manage? * Which renewals are coming up in the next 30, 60, and 90 days? * Which high-value customers need attention? * How balanced is the CSM workload? * Where are customers getting stuck in their journey? **Likely data sources:** * Salesforce / CRM * Google Sheets * Customer Success tracking sheets * Other data sources if required **Technical support required:** * Connect data into Looker Studio * Recommend the best data setup: direct connector, Google Sheets, BigQuery, or another approach * Clean and structure the data * Create calculated fields * Build interactive filters * Create a clear executive dashboard layout * Provide basic documentation on how the dashboard works **Expected dashboard sections:** * Executive Summary * CSM Portfolio View * Customer Risk View * Onboarding View * Renewals View * Account Detail View **Ideal freelancer experience:** * Looker Studio * Salesforce / CRM data * Google Sheets and/or BigQuery * BI dashboard design * Data modelling * SaaS, Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success reporting Please share examples of similar dashboards you have built. I have also attached a more detailed requirements note explaining the business logic, data fields, dashboard views, and calculated fields needed.
