Build Subscription Website for Forex EA

Project Overview We develops automated trading systems (Forex Expert Advisors). We currently have 4 Forex EA products that are sold on a subscription basis, and we're looking for an experienced full-stack developer to build a complete website that automates our sales and customer onboarding process. This is not just a landing page or WordPress brochure website. We are looking for a complete customer portal similar to a SaaS business. Reference Website: https://www.valerytrading.com/ We like the overall customer experience, subscription flow, and member dashboard. Current Workflow Currently our process looks like this: Customer subscribes to an EA. Customer makes payment. Customer automatically receives a confirmation email. Email contains a Google Form for onboarding. Customer submits MT5 account details. We manually install the EA on our VPS. We notify the customer via email that the EA is active. Our goal is to automate as much of this workflow as possible. Scope of Work We need a complete website including: Homepage Professional modern design Product showcase Pricing FAQ About Us Contact Product Pages Each product should have: Description Features Pricing Performance FAQs Subscribe button (Currently 4 products) Subscription System Support for: Monthly subscriptions Annual subscriptions Automatic recurring billing Upgrade / downgrade plans Cancel subscription Renew subscription Customer Portal Affiliate portal Customers should be able to login and view: Purchased products Active subscriptions Billing history Payment methods Subscription renewal date Download onboarding documents Affiliate link Commission tracking for affiliate Payment Gateway Open to recommendations. Examples: Stripe PayPal Automated Emails Need email automation for: Purchase confirmation Welcome email Onboarding instructions Subscription renewal reminders Failed payment notification Subscription cancellation Account activation email Onboarding Flow After successful payment: Customer should automatically receive an onboarding email. The email should include: Welcome message Google Form (or a built-in onboarding form) Instructions on next steps Once we receive the completed onboarding information, we will manually install the EA on our VPS. After setup, we should be able to click a button inside the admin panel to send the customer an automated email saying: "Your EA is now active."
