I need a custom spreadsheet built to assess a construction project's health. It will cover financials, program, design component, quality, and authority. approvals. The ideal candidate should have experience in spreadsheet development and ensure they can build a spreadsheet that works and looks the part. basic level of knowledge for project management is ok and i will provide most of the data and blank template. im just looking for someone to link it all to a dashboard and make it look professional and easy to use.
