Build a reliable batch graphic generator from spreadsheet data, images and logos

I am looking for a developer to automate a graphic production process that I currently do manually in Canva. I regularly create large batches of small promotional graphics. All information is already prepared in an Excel file. Each row contains the data for one graphic, such as: • name • address and contact details • selected image • selected logo • required PDF filename At the moment, I manually copy this information into Canva, create the graphic, export it as a separate PDF and update the Excel file with the final filename. I want a tool that can do this automatically. The tool should: Read the Excel file. Create one graphic for each row using predefined templates. Use the correct image and logo for that specific row. Insert the correct text and contact details. Export every graphic as a separate PDF. Save each PDF with the exact required filename. Update the Excel file with that exact filename. Process a complete batch at once. Reliability is extremely important. The system must never silently match the wrong image, logo, data or filename to a row. If something is missing, duplicated or does not fit correctly, the system should stop or clearly flag that row for review. I am not looking for AI-generated designs. The designs should be based on controlled, predefined templates, similar to my current Canva workflow. I am open to the best technical solution and would like the developer to recommend the most reliable approach. I would first like to start with a paid proof of concept using 5 anonymized examples.
