Build a verified list of 1,000 US East Coast construction companies — quote your price

We need a list of 1,000 construction companies located on the US East Coast (NY, NJ, PA, CT, MA, MD, VA, NC, SC, GA, FL and neighboring East states — no California). We will use it for a phone + email outreach campaign, so data quality matters more than speed. Each row must include: Company name Verified phone number (main line — this is the most important field) City + state Website URL (or "none") Trade / type (general contractor, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, concrete, roofing, other) Company size estimate (1–10 / 11–50 / 50+ employees) Owner or decision-maker name + title (where findable) Email address (owner's direct if findable, otherwise company email) Requirements: Companies must be real, currently operating businesses — no defunct listings, no duplicates Sources: company websites, LinkedIn, Google Business, state contractor license registries — no resold/scraped databases of unknown origin Delivered as CSV/Google Sheet in our column structure (provided at start) Milestones of 250 rows; we spot-check 20 random rows per milestone before release (90% accuracy required — phones must ring, companies must exist) In your proposal, include: Your total quote for all 1,000 rows and turnaround time Your process and data sources One anonymized sample (10–20 rows) of a similar list you've built Screening questions: How do you verify that a phone number is live and belongs to the company?
