Build a verified list of 500 small US marketing and web agencies, paid per accepted row

I run an AI implementation and web development firm. I need a researched, verified list of 500 small US agencies that could subcontract technical work such as web development, Salesforce, and automation. This is a paid pilot. If the quality is good, the project extends toward 5,000 rows with you. What counts as a qualifying agency (all three must be true): It is a marketing, creative, or web agency. Not a software company, not an in house team. It has 5 to 20 people total. This is the most important and hardest criterion. Do not rely only on directory size labels. Cross check against the agency's About or Team page, or its LinkedIn company page headcount. It is based in the United States. Exclude any agency headquartered in Atlanta, GA. Where to source, in this priority order: Salesforce Partner Directory (partners.salesforce.com): small or boutique implementation and marketing partners. HubSpot Solutions Partner Directory: smaller certified partner agencies. Clutch.co: filter by category (digital marketing, web design, branding), size bucket 2 to 9 (verify 10 to 49 elsewhere before including), and US location. LinkedIn: company search by industry, headcount, and US location. Also use it to verify founders and headcount for agencies found anywhere else. At least 150 of the 500 rows must come from the Salesforce or HubSpot partner directories. Deliverable: one spreadsheet (Google Sheet or CSV), one row per agency, exactly these 10 columns as headers in row 1: Agency name Website Number of people (best estimate plus source, for example "7 per team page" or "9 per LinkedIn") What they do (one short sentence) City, State Owner or founder name Owner's email (see email rules below) Owner's LinkedIn profile URL Source (Salesforce Partner Directory / HubSpot Partner Directory / Clutch / LinkedIn) Notes (see below, this column matters most) Email rules: You may use finder tools, but every email must pass MillionVerifier or NeverBounce with a Valid result. Include the verifier export file with each delivery. Do not include catch all, risky, or unknown addresses. Never guess or fabricate an email. A row without a Valid verified email does not count as an accepted row. Notes column: flag any sign the agency might need outside technical help. Examples: open job posts for developer, Salesforce, or automation roles; "we partner with" language about a dev shop; a founder post about being stretched thin on technical work. If there is no signal, write "None found." Rows with a real signal are worth more to me and get prioritized in the extension. Quality rules: Verify the website actually belongs to the agency. Some directory listings link to stale or resold domains. Confirm city and state on the agency's own site, not just the directory. No duplicates. Skip large, long established agencies even if a directory mislabels their size. If the founder is not named on the site, find them on LinkedIn and confirm their current title matches. Acceptance and payment: Payment is fixed price. Milestone 1: first 100 accepted rows. I review within 2 business days before Milestone 2 opens. Milestone 2: remaining 400 accepted rows. I will rerun a random 10 percent of emails through a verifier and spot check 10 percent of rows for headcount and founder identity. A row is rejected (not paid) if: the email fails verification, headcount is outside 5 to 20, the location is wrong or is Atlanta, it is a duplicate, or the website does not match the agency.
