📞 Bulgarian-Speaking Sales Agent | Health & Beauty Products | Contact Center --- We are a contact center hiring on behalf of one of our clients in the health and beauty industry. We are looking for a strong, results-driven Bulgarian speaker to confirm orders and close upsells over the phone for a range of premium products. This is a sales-driven role. We need someone with real closing and upselling experience, not just basic order confirmation. **What You'll Be Doing:** - Calling customers who have placed an order online (via ads) to confirm their order - Presenting upsell offers naturally during the confirmation call to increase order value - Comfortable discussing sensitive health topics professionally (categories include wellness patches, skincare, cosmetics, anti-aging and supplements) - Handling objections confidently to maximize delivered and upsold orders **This Role Is For You If You:** - Are a native or fluent Bulgarian speaker - Also speak English, our internal communication and training is fully in English - Have proven experience in sales, or order confirmation with upsell - Are confident, persistent and comfortable with upselling - Can handle sensitive topics (men's health, wellness) with professionalism - Are available for full shifts, Monday to Sunday, within 8:00–19:00 **What We Offer:** - €4/hour base pay, fixed - On top of this, a strong performance bonus structure based on your delivered orders and upsell results, the better you perform, the higher your earning percentage.
