Summary

We are a growing startup in the healthcare technology space looking for a practical, hands-on Business Analyst / Product Delivery Analyst to help us turn business needs into clear, actionable work for our engineering team. This is a multidisciplinary role in a startup environment. You will work directly with the CTO and Head of Engineering, as well as stakeholders, engineers, QA, and external development partners, to clarify requirements, coordinate delivery, support testing, and help keep work moving. Responsibilities - Gather and clarify business requirements from stakeholders. - Translate requirements into clear user stories, tickets, workflows, acceptance criteria, and edge cases. - Coordinate the backlog and ensure tickets are ready for development. - Run light delivery ceremonies when needed, such as refinement, planning, status checks, and user acceptance testing coordination. - Support QA by testing features against acceptance criteria, raising issues, and confirming fixes. - Help document workflows, decisions, and expected system behaviour. - Work with developers to clarify scope and unblock delivery. - Support release readiness by confirming what has been tested and what is ready for stakeholder review. What We’re Looking For - Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Delivery Analyst, or similar role. - Comfortable working with software teams and technical stakeholders. - Strong written communication and ability to create clear tickets. - Good understanding of QA/testing and acceptance criteria. - Practical, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment. - Able to work independently and ask the right questions when requirements are unclear. - Experience with Jira, Linear, GitHub Projects, Confluence, or similar tools. - Experience coordinating user acceptance testing. - Familiarity with Agile delivery, without being overly process-heavy. - Experience working with remote engineering teams.
