Business Attorney lawyer for LLC Deal revision & Ongoing work

We are looking for a highly capable attorney or boutique law firm to act as strategic outside counsel for a fast-moving founder-led business spanning personal brands, media, IP, wellness, partnerships, and digital revenue. We need someone who can move **immediately** and work **quickly, efficiently, and strategically**. These matters need to be reviewed and advanced within the **next 7 days**. ### Scope of Work We need support on three priority areas: * Reviewing and finalizing investor / partnership documentation including SPA / SHA style documents and founder protection terms and to file the new amended share documents with Delaware for the new partnership.
