Business Coach – Entrepreneurs & Small Business Owners

Credit Coach Academy (CCA) is a fast-growing online education company helping entrepreneurs access business credit and funding to build generational wealth. Our clients are motivated, action-takers who are serious about growing their businesses. We're looking for an experienced Business Coach to join our team full-time and work 1-on-1 with our clients — guiding them through the business-building process once they have their funding foundation in place. What You'll Do: Conduct 1-on-1 coaching sessions with active CCA clients Help clients set goals, build strategies, and stay accountable Identify roadblocks and provide actionable solutions Collaborate with our team to ensure client success and retention What We're Looking For: 3+ years of experience coaching small business owners or entrepreneurs Strong understanding of business fundamentals (operations, sales, marketing, growth) Excellent communication skills and a results-driven mindset Experience in the credit, funding, or financial education space is a plus Ability to manage a high volume of clients professionally What We Offer: Full-time remote position Competitive compensation (base + performance incentives) Access to a pipeline of motivated, pre-qualified clients Opportunity to grow within a fast-scaling company
