Business Development Associate

A well-established outsourcing and professional services firm from India is searching for a Senior Business Development Freelancer (Accounting & CPA Industry) We provide accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, tax support, financial reporting, audit support, and virtual finance office services to CPA firms and businesses in the USA, UK, and Australia. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Freelancer with strong connections and experience within the accounting, CPA, bookkeeping, and finance ecosystem, particularly in the US or Australian region. The primary objective of this role is to help us connect with decision-makers who may benefit from offshore accounting and finance support and schedule qualified discovery meetings for our leadership team. This is a remote, performance-oriented engagement. ### What You'll Do * Identify and engage decision-makers within our target location. * Build relationships with: * CPA Firm Partners * Managing Partners * Firm Owners * CFOs * Controllers * Finance Directors * COOs * Business Owners * Leverage your professional network and industry connections where applicable. * Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, phone, referrals, and other channels. * Qualify opportunities based on our target customer profile. * Generate interest in offshore accounting and finance support solutions. * Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and CRS Consulting's leadership team. * Maintain outreach records and provide regular activity updates. ### Ideal Candidate We are specifically looking for professionals who have: ✅ Experience selling services to CPA firms, accounting firms, bookkeeping firms, or finance departments. ✅ Existing relationships within the accounting, tax, audit, or finance industry. ✅ Experience in B2B professional services business development. ✅ Strong understanding of accounting operations, bookkeeping workflows, tax preparation processes, audit support, or outsourced finance functions. ✅ Experience engaging senior decision-makers. ✅ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. ### Compensation We are open to discussing: * Hourly engagement * Monthly retainer * Performance-based compensation * Hybrid structure (fixed + success fee) Please include in your proposal: 1.
