We're looking for a motivated Business Development Consultant who enjoys talking with people, building relationships, and introducing innovative solutions to the real estate industry. What You'll Do As a Business Development Consultant, your primary responsibility is introducing real estate professionals to the Realty Succession platform and helping them become active members of our growing community. Primary Responsibilities -Make outbound cold calls to real estate agents, team leaders, and brokerage owners -Introduce Realty Succession and educate prospects on how the platform works -Create free Realty Succession accounts for interested prospects during the call -Qualify each prospect's current objectives, including: *Buying a brokerage, team, or book of business *Selling a brokerage or practice *Succession planning *Merger opportunities *Recruiting and team growth -Identify brokerage owners and teams who are strong candidates to create marketplace listings -Record detailed notes and conversation outcomes within our CRM -Schedule follow-up conversations when appropriate -Share relevant platform resources, valuation tools, and marketplace opportunities -Provide feedback to leadership on market trends and customer insights Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Success in this role will be measured by consistent activity and quality conversations. Target performance includes: -10 new free Realty Succession accounts created per day -10 qualified listing opportunities generated per week -Consistent outbound call activity and follow-up -Accurate CRM documentation for every conversation -High-quality introductions that educate prospects on the value of the platform Who We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is: -Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls -Friendly, professional, and confident on the phone -Naturally curious and enjoys asking thoughtful questions -Organized and detail-oriented -Self-motivated and able to work independently -Interested in startups, technology, and business development -Passionate about helping business owners plan for the future Preferred Qualifications -Experience in sales, business development, customer success, or recruiting -Real estate industry experience is a plus, but not required -CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) -Excellent written and verbal communication skills Compensation -Base Hourly Pay -Performance bonuses tied to qualified account creation and listing opportunities -Flexible remote work environment -Opportunity for advancement as Realty Succession continues to grow Why Realty Succession?
