# Business Development & Employer Partnerships Specialist (Remote | Freelance) ## About the Project We are building a global employment platform that connects employers with skilled professionals across international markets. We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional who can identify, approach, and onboard employers onto our platform. This role is focused on employer acquisition—not candidate recruitment. ## Responsibilities * Identify companies actively hiring internationally * Reach out to HR teams, recruiters, hiring managers, and business owners * Introduce our platform and its benefits * Schedule product demos or discovery calls * Convert interested employers into registered platform users * Build long-term employer relationships * Maintain a pipeline of prospects and provide regular progress updates * Gather employer feedback to improve the platform ## Ideal Candidate * Experience in B2B sales or business development * Experience in HR Tech, Recruitment, Staffing, SaaS, or Job Boards is highly preferred * Strong cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and communication skills * Comfortable speaking with decision-makers * Self-driven and results-oriented * Fluent in English ## Preferred Experience Experience working with: * Recruitment agencies * HR software * Job boards * ATS platforms * Talent acquisition teams * Staffing companies ## Project Details * Remote * Flexible hours * Long-term opportunity * Performance-based incentives available ## To Apply Please include: * Country * Years of business development experience * Industries you've worked with * Experience selling HR, recruitment, or SaaS solutions * LinkedIn profile * Hourly rate * Briefly describe how you would approach onboarding employers to a new platform.
