Responsibilities include: Prospect businesses through Google Maps, LinkedIn, Apollo, and other lead sources Cold call decision makers Qualify business owners Build relationships with CEOs and Owners Explain our business growth partnership Schedule strategy meetings Follow up through phone, SMS, email, and CRM Keep detailed notes inside our CRM Maintain an organized sales pipeline Meet weekly appointment and revenue goals Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who: Has excellent spoken English Has 2+ years of B2B sales experience Is comfortable making 75–150 outbound calls per day Knows how to speak with business owners Can handle objections professionally Is highly organized Is confident using CRMs Can work independently Loves closing deals Experience selling any of the following is a major advantage: Marketing Services SaaS Business Consulting Commercial Services ERP CRM Financial Services Tools You'll Use GoHighLevel (CRM) Google Workspace Zoom LinkedIn Apollo Google Maps QuickBooks knowledge is a plus Compensation We are flexible and looking for long-term team members. Options include: Hourly + Bonuses Base + Commission Commission Only (High Earnings) Long-Term Contract Top performers will have opportunities to grow into Sales Manager or Business Development Director roles. Success Metrics During your first 90 days, your goals will include: 75–150 outbound calls/day 20–30 conversations/day 5–10 qualified appointments/week 1–3 new client opportunities/week Maintain CRM with 100% accurate notes To Apply Please answer the following: Tell us about your B2B sales experience.
