Business Development & Growth Manager | USA/Europe Preferred We are a fast-growing **Accounting, Bookkeeping, Outsourcing, and BPO company** , serving clients primarily in the **United States and Europe**. We are looking for an experienced **Business Development & Growth Manager** to help us expand our client base in the USA and Europe. Someone who has a strong network and a proven track record in generating B2B leads and closing service-based deals. Responsibilities * Generate qualified leads for bookkeeping, accounting, and finance outsourcing services. * Identify and approach small and medium-sized businesses, CPA firms, startups, and accounting firms in the USA and Europe. * Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. * Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, referrals, networking, and other proven channels. * Schedule discovery calls and assist in closing deals. * Develop and execute growth strategies to increase recurring monthly clients. * Represent our company professionally and build long-term client relationships. Requirements * Must be based in the **USA or Europe**. * Proven experience in B2B lead generation, business development, or sales. * Experience selling **bookkeeping, accounting, finance, BPO, or outsourcing services** is highly preferred. * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and outbound sales tools. * Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results. ### About Us If you have experience helping service-based businesses acquire clients in the USA or Europe and are confident in your ability to drive growth, we'd love to hear from you. **When applying, please include "Dear Wari" word at start:** 1.
