Business Development / Growth Partner for Video Director

Seeking an experienced Business Development Strategist or Growth Partner to help refine my offer structure and build strategic relationships with art-forward brands, creative agencies, and production houses. (7–10 hours/week to start) -- About the Director & The Work -- Before taking a break to focus on fine-art visual production and passion projects, I built a proven commercial track record—successfully scaling and delivering high-ticket project packages up to $35,000, along with B2B retainers. I am now returning to the commercial space with an elevated aesthetic focused on atmospheric narrative, visual concepting, and strategic creative direction. My goal is to collaborate with a business development partner to package my taste, visual identity, and directorial vision into compelling offerings for the right clients—spanning high-ticket production, retainer-based creative direction, and strategic consulting. -- Role Description -- Strategy & Business Modeling: Partner with me to test, refine, and structure my package offerings (from high-ticket commercial production to ongoing creative direction retainers and advisory services). Pitching & Positioning: Help me present my video portfolio, directorial treatments, and strategic offerings to prospective clients.
